Hex Base is a two player online strategy board game. The goal of the game is to either capture 3 of the opponent's tokens or to move one of your token's into the enemy's base tile.
You need to both defend your base and tokens while attacking your opponent's.
A player can select a token and move one space away, however, they will not be able to capture any enemy tokens.
When a player plays a card, tokens can only be moved to the specified tiles for one turn.
Enemy tokens can only be captured when playing a card prior to moving a player token.
Move a token to a position indicated on the card
Move a token to the given position and be granted an extra turn
Move a token to a position indicated on the card and the selected token will be invulnerable for a turn
The game is won by moving a token to the enemy's base tile or by capturing 3 enemy tokens
A player's hand can hold up to 3 cards. At the start of the enemy's turn the player's hand will be dealt up to 3 cards.
A player's hand will always consist of 3 cards. Cards are drawn as needed at the start of the enemy's turn.
A player's turn lasts for 25 seconds. When 15 seconds remain, a timer will begin and be indicated around the player's hand.
A player can end their turn early by sacrificing a card and pressing the end button.
